DOTTY DUCK COOKIES/ Grandparents

Grandparents bestow upon their grandchildren
the strength and wisdom that time and experience have given them.

Grandchildren bless their Grandparents with a youthful vitality and innocence
That help them stay young at heart forever.

Together they create a chain of love linking the past with the future.
The chain may lengthen but it will never part.

I baked these cookies for my cousin and her husband. They recently became grandparents for a second time and are Nana and Grandpa to their two granddaughters. My cousin is very proud of our Irish heritage and the color scheme at her wedding was kelly green. So to honor their new granddaughter, the choice of color for these cookies had to be ... you guessed it ... Kelly Green!

    1. Shel, Pink & green is one of my favorite color combinations. Your chick cookies are very cute and a clever use of the egg cutter. Thanks for visiting and taking the time to comment.
